At Monarch Skilled Nursing and Rehab, our goal is simple…care for you today so you can get back home tomorrow!
After a person experiences a surgery, an illness or injury; rehabilitation can be a vital part of the recovery process. Our expert team of therapists, nurses and skilled professionals will build a care plan that is tailored to the individual person and focuses on their own recovery goals and expectations. We want our short-term residents at Monarch to recover faster so that they may return home in their community.
Physical therapy focuses on achieving optimal physical function and mobility, providing strengthening programs and education.
Occupational therapy helps patients function in everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, and wheelchair mobility, helping residents maintain as much self-sufficiency as possible.
Speech and language therapists help residents regain their speech and hearing skills so they can communicate more effectively, targeting cognitive, linguistic and swallowing disorders.
Monarch’s rehabilitation program is supported by our partner therapy company, Trinity Rehab, specializing in physical, occupational and speech therapies. Trinity therapists have plenty of experience treating a wide array of orthopedic needs and they understand the importance of providing outstanding therapy outcomes. When our residents return home, we want to ensure they are safe, comfortable and home to stay, permanently!
